How are you nurturing mission passion in next generations?

Before the 2010 Winter Olympics, the Olympic Torch was passed from athlete to athlete as it traveled around the world to Vancouver, British Columbia. No single athlete could have made the entire journey. Before an athlete could become exhausted, another stepped forward to take up the torch and continue on.

In the same way, no generation of believers can carry the mission torch forever. At some point a new generation must come alongside, take up the torch and run with it.

How are you, your church, your Nazarene Missions International (NMI) council, your compassionate ministry group, your missions Sunday school or other mission organization nurturing the next generation to pick up the mission torch?
